  • We align with the Marketing team and larger Publishing department to formulate a distinctive vision for our titles and projects, including a multitude of high‑impact releases ranging from product launches to studio albums.
  • We set the highest possible bar for brand recognition and media support, ensuring that our communications objectives are met and ultimately exceeded.

  • Create and maintain dynamic project tracking that serves as the central source of truth for key Communications and Community activities.
  • Establish a light‑touch, but effective tracking mechanism highlighting the status, next steps, and escalation paths for campaigns.
  • Ensure success metrics are established and tracked for all key campaign activities.
  • Establish an ongoing process for documentation and publication of key campaign results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of project management experience with an emphasis on entertainment and communications.
  • Consistent track record of objective‑led and met campaigns and/or initiatives.
  • Exceptional planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • An acute awareness of how to achieve wide‑scale visibility across the media and social platform landscape.
  • A meticulous and organized approach to both autonomous and team‑based workflows.
