Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented Concierge to support our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. This role serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, helping create a welcoming, safe, and well-coordinated environment. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may vary based on staffing needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Shifts Needed:

Weekends: 9am-5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet residents, visitors, and staff in a warm, professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls; manage inquiries efficiently
  • Monitor building entry/exit 
  • Assist with resident requests
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Communicate effectively with care staff regarding resident needs or concerns
  • Maintain front desk organization and ensure a clean, presentable lobby area
  • Respond calmly and appropriately in urgent or emergency situations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with seniors, including individuals with memory impairment
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a dynamic environment
