We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Weekend Manager at our Greenfield location. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership and ensure smooth operations during weekend shifts, maintaining high standards of patient care and staff coordination.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring efficient workflow and quality patient care.
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Supervise and support nursing staff and other team members on duty during weekends.
  • Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and staff to address concerns and provide updates.
  • Manage documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and unexpected situations.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid LPN license in the state of Michigan.
