As Store Manager, you'll be the leader on the floor-driving sales, setting the standard for service, and creating an inspiring, hospitality-first shopping experience. You'll lead with warmth and confidence, guiding your team to deliver consistent excellence in presentation, operations, and customer care.

You know the Palm Beach market, love the brand, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. As a true ambassador, you'll represent the store in the community with grace, professionalism, and style.

You will...

  • Lead the team to achieve sales goals by modeling, motivating, training, and mentoring a client-focused team that values every customer interaction. 
  • Manage talent acquisition, onboarding, and development: Know how to find, train, inspire, and develop best-in-class talent. 
  • Write effective schedules: Understand the art and science of retail scheduling, ensuring that the right people are in the right place at the right time. 
  • Manage daily operations of the retail store, including but not limited to: Opening/closing, inventory management, cleaning, facilities management, supply ordering, financial stewardship, etc. 
  • Create a curated environment: Meet and maintain visual standards inclusive of window displays, merchandise displays, and daily housekeeping duties.  
  • Conduct thoughtful analyses of the business that balances business analytics with client feedback and observations of the team to identify ways to continuously improve. 
  • Maintain a close partnership with the Corporate Team. 

You should have...

  • Minimum of 3+ years of retail managerial experience.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport effortlessly.  
  • Superior coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to lead a team of 6 or more employees.  
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals with a strong drive for results. 
  • Genuinely enjoys selling in a retail environment through building relationships with clients and the team. 
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain product attributes and benefits clearly and effectively.  
  • Strong drive and ability to complete tasks with a high degree of accuracy. 
  • The ability to work a retail schedule, which includes weekends and some holidays.   
  • Positive demeanor; leads with kindness and grace.   
  • Team player who works well with others.  
  • Actively gives/receives feedback.
