KITCHEN STEWARD | CASINO FANDANGO
We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Steward who will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, cookware, and kitchen supplies are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization in all surrounding kitchen areas, helping to create a safe and efficient workspace for our culinary team. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will play a vital role in supporting our kitchen operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Washing all dishes cleared from the dining areas.
  • Washing all heavy pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
  • You may also be dusting, sweeping, and mopping various kitchen areas.
  • Manage the kitchen garbage usage and empty as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • A High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Prior kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus; however, if you are motivated and eager to learn, we will provide the necessary training.
  • Must be at least 18+ years old.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • A team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and flexible to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Comfortable working in a casino environment, which includes exposure to secondary smoke, bright lights, and a vibrant atmosphere.
