We are seeking a Resource / Floater Teacher responsibilities to help support our childcare facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Office and Staff with daily activities
  • Providing support in classrooms as needed
  • Cleaning/Sanitization
  • Kitchen duties as needed
  • Assisting with lunch and snack breaks
  • A Flexible, Positive, and Fun Attitude
  • Establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment
  • Supporting each child’s social and emotional development
  • Establishing positive and effective family relations
  • Continuous education as required by Child Care Licensing and GSI
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • Proven experience in a licensed early childhood facility
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
  • Is highly motivated and takes direction well with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Follows state childcare licensing rules and regulations
  • Works productively without supervision within established organizational policies and procedures
  •  Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. to safely handle children during programs and emergencies.
