What You'll Do
  • Prepare and Cook with Care: Assemble and prepare menu items such as sandwiches, pastas, and sautéed dishes, following La Madeleine's recipes and standards for taste, portion, and presentation.
  • Maintain Quality & Consistency: Ensure all food is cooked and served to company standards - fresh, accurate, and beautifully presented.
  • Deliver Great Service: Communicate effectively with teammates and support smooth, efficient kitchen and front-of-house operations.
  • Follow Food Safety Standards: Handle all food according to safety and sanitation guidelines, including temperature checks, storage, and labeling.
  • Stay Organized: Keep workstations stocked, clean, and orderly throughout the shift.
  • Support the Team: Assist with prep, restocking, and cross-functional duties as needed to keep service flowing.
