As a Part-Time Sales Associate at 2nd Swing, you'll create an exceptional experience for every golfer by helping them find the right equipment to improve their game. You'll build relationships with customers, provide expert product recommendations, and maintain a well-organized sales floor. Ideal candidates are passionate about golf, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Weekend shifts required.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Greet and build relationships with golfers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.ย 
  • Guide customers through the equipment selection process based on their game and goals.
  • Share expert knowledge of golf clubs, technology, and accessories.
  • Merchandise and maintain an organized, well-stocked sales floor.
  • Support inventory management and general store operations.
  • Assist with trade-ins, special orders, and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Stay current on golf equipment, industry trends, and new product releases.

    Required Qualifications:ย ย 

    • 2+ years of retail or sales experience.ย 
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to learn and confidently communicate golf equipment features and benefits.
    • Active golfer with a passion for the game.ย 
    • Previous golf retail, club fitting, or golf equipment sales experience.
    • Knowledge of current golf equipment, club technology, and leading brands
