Customer Service Associate, Golf Apparel
2nd Swing is looking for high-energy Customer Service Associates for our Ryder Cup Pop-Up Golf Apparel and Merchandise store, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and enjoys working in a team environment. This is a temporary role, through mid-November 2025.
This position is seasonal, hours are flexible with around 20-35 hours per week with weekend hours expected. The opportunity for additional hours may be available for the right individual.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and building rapport with golfers
- Assist guests in finishing their checkout process
- Manage a point-of-sale computer throughout the day
- Answering customer questions in person and over the phone
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience in the golf industry
- Above average knowledge of golf equipment and technology
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service
- Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and evenings.

Compensation: $18-$22 per hour, based on experience
