) BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst - FS/AZ
Join our team at GreenLight ABA, a leading provider of autism services, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by autism spectrum disorder (ASD). We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in our Arizona office, with remote or hybrid options available.
About the Role:
As a BCBA, you will plan, develop, and monitor effective treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder using evidence-based methods. You will collaborate with families, treatment teams, and other agencies to improve communication, social, and behavioral outcomes for our clients. Your work will directly impact the lives of individuals with autism and their families.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and conduct training and coaching
  • Collaborate with families and treatment teams to implement treatment plans
  • Provide parent training and support families in accessing community resources
  • Conduct supervision in client's home and through telehealth

Requirements:
  • Must be certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Must have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB
  • Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and First Aid certification
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain proper current insurance
  • Bilingual a plus
