Job description

The Leadership Development Program is a comprehensive training initiative that prepares participants for leadership roles within the Chick-fil-A of Anderson organization, Chick-fil-A Corporate offices, or to become a Chick-fil-A Franchisee. During this program, you will rotate through front-of-house and back-of-house positions, gaining a deep understanding of our restaurant operations. You will also receive leadership and business skills training, equipping you to lead teams, drive results, and contribute to our mission of providing "remark"able dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities


Front of House and Back of House Training:

  • Participate in extensive training in front-of-house and back-of-house positions to develop a well-rounded skill set.
  • Learn food preparation, order accuracy, customer service, and more!

Leadership Development:

  • Collaborate with experienced leaders to gain insight into effective leadership strategies.
  • Take on leadership responsibilities within the restaurant, such as leading shifts and mentoring team members.

Business Skills Development:

  • Gain exposure to restaurant financial management, inventory control, and meeting budget needs
  • Learn about Chick-fil-A's values, culture, and business philosophy
  • Develop business insights through hands-on experience and mentorship
