Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as the VP Sales LNG, where you will play a pivotal role in expanding our compression business on a global scale, focusing on Main Refrigerant Compression, BOG (Boil-Off Gas), Feed Gas Booster, and NRU (Nitrogen Rejection Unit). Engage early with End Users, EPCs, and process licensors to identify the best technical solutions from our diverse compression portfolio. A strategic mindset will guide the definition of the approach for all main refrigerant compression opportunities worldwide, while coordination with regional sales teams ensures effective positioning of every opportunity. Building and maintaining strong customer relationships will be key, as collaboration with our engineering team optimizes technical standards, particularly in E-LNG, and partnership with our Gas Turbine Business Area enhances our competitive edge.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Engage with End Users, EPCs, and process licensors to define optimal technical solutions based on our compression portfolio.
  • Define the strategy for all main refrigerant compression opportunities globally, including bid decisions and sales negotiations.
  • Coordinate with regional sales teams to effectively position opportunities for BOG (Boil-Off Gas), FGB (Feed Gas Booster), and NRU (Nitrogen Rejection Unit).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with our engineering team to define and optimize technical standards with a focus on E-LNG.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 12 or more years of experience in the compression industry within LNG, whether as an end user, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), process licensor, or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer).
  • A proven track record in Oil & Gas sales, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on business development.
  • A broad understanding of compression processes within LNG and familiarity with LNG licensor processes.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
