How you'll make an impact:

The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is an outstanding, accelerated opportunity to develop the vital skills for a career as a Finance leader. The program is led by a dedicated Program Manager with oversight by the CFO and company Finance Leadership Team.

FLDP participants will have the opportunity for multiple assignments over two (2) years that provide strategic direction in different facets of Finance while allowing for exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leaders. Participants will gain proficiency with our diverse functional areas and regions. Additional learning opportunities include: formal development sessions; dedicated Executive Mentorship; utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology; and a network of outstanding LDP alumni across the organization.

Rotations will include the following functional areas / business operations:

  • Corporate, Commercial, and Operations Finance
  • Finance Data & Analytics
  • Finance Planning & Analysis
  • General Accounting
  • Internal Audit
  • Strategic Pricing

Start Date: The FLDP is set to begin July 13, 2026 and individuals are responsible for finalizing housing and transportation prior to program commencement and across each six (6) month rotation across the two (2) year program.

Compensation & Locations: Our FLDP offers a starting salary of $78,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Assistance. Geographic flexibility is required both during and upon completion of the program.

How will you get here?

  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree between December 2025 and June 2026 in one of the following: Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field of study.
  • 1+ years of Finance-related experience preferred (i.e. work experience, internships, case competitions, etc.).
  • Strong desire and motivation to develop as a future Finance leader.
  • Consistent track record of teamwork demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to interact with and influence colleagues and leaders at all levels of a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and strong executive presence.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $78,000.00–$80,000.10.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
