Job description

Minor | Keele | Parke (“MKP Law”), a Colorado law firm with offices in Denver and Fort Collins, seeks a full-time Billing Coordinator to work out of its Denver office in the Denver Tech Center with remote support for the Fort Collins office. This position involves bookkeeping responsibilities in a law firm including processing accounts receivable and payable; preparing legal-services invoices for clients; making daily bank deposits; printing checks to vendors; performing client conflicts checks; answering client calls regarding bill payment; processing credit card payments, follow-up on unpaid client invoices and other projects that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have law firm experience with billing and accounting software as well as experience with trust accounts. A college degree in finance or accounting is preferred, however, we will consider experience in lieu of education.

MB Law offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k) and free covered parking. Salary range is $65,000-$75,000 depending on education or experience.

We operate on a 37.5 hour work week and are currently allowing work-from-home two days per week.
