Part-Time Marketing & Communications Coordinator (16-20 Hours/Week)

We are a growing industrial equipment manufacturer seeking a part-time Marketing & Communications Coordinator to take ownership of our marketing activities. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys learning technical products, interviewing subject matter experts, creating content, managing websites, and driving marketing initiatives from concept through execution.
The successful candidate will become an extension of our team, developing a strong understanding of our products, customers, and industry while serving as the primary
coordinator of our marketing efforts.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage marketing content and communications
- Interview engineers, sales personnel, and leadership to gather information and create content
- Write newsletters, website content, blog articles, case studies, and LinkedIn posts
- Maintain and update our Wix website
- Create and update product literature, brochures, and data sheets
- Capture photos and videos during periodic onsite visits
- Coordinate trade show marketing materials and promotional activities
- Manage Google Ads campaigns and monitor performance
- Identify and recommend new marketing opportunities
- Coordinate projects from initial concept through final publication
What We're Looking For
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn and communicate technical concepts
- Experience with website management (Wix experience preferred)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and/or Canva
- Familiarity with Google Ads and digital marketing fundamentals
- Self-motivated individual who can work independently and proactively
- Experience in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, technical writing, or a related field
