Availability: Must be local to the DC area and available for occasional evening and weekend work as event schedules require

Encore Decor is seeking a highly organized and creative Associate Event Producer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys collaborating with a team, and has a passion for creating memorable event experiences from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning process from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution of events

  • Support creation of proposals, including sourcing inspiration, pricing, and formatting client-ready presentations

  • Attend site visits, walkthroughs, and vendor meetings to ensure design and logistical alignment

  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and venues to support production schedules and event timelines

  • Manage smaller-scale events independently with oversight from senior producers

  • Track budgets, materials, and production details to ensure projects stay on target

  • Oversee event-day setup, styling, and breakdown, ensuring design standards are upheld

  • Maintain organized project files, timelines, and client communications

  • Research trends, venues, and vendor resources to keep Encore Decor’s work fresh and innovative

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Events, Hospitality, Design, or related field (preferred, not required)

  • 1–3 years of experience in event production, event design, or a related creative industry
