Position Summary
Want to be part of the game-day magic from start to finish? Join our Event Services Team at the brand-new 9,000+ seat Ruoff Mortgage Stadium! We're looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals who are ready to jump in, help set the stage, keep things running smoothly during events, and make sure everything shines once the final whistle blows. From pre-game prep to post-game reset, you'll play a key role in creating an awesome fan experience every step of the way.
Event shifts vary and may include pre-event setup, in-event support, and post-event cleanup. Most Fort Wayne FC home matches take place on Saturday evenings from May 2 through October 24, with a few Wednesday matches mixed in. Additional stadium events will be scheduled throughout the season.
What You'll Do
  • Help prepare the stadium before events (set up spaces, check seating areas, and get things game-day ready)
  • Keep the stadium looking great during events by picking up trash, refreshing high-traffic areas, and supporting guest needs
  • Jump into post-event cleanup to reset the stadium for the next big event
  • Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated areas
  • Wipe down seats, clean restrooms, locker rooms, suites, and VIP areas
  • Stay flexible and ready to help wherever needed-no two events are the same!

Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Must be able to work at least 75% of scheduled Fort Wayne FC events
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Stay active-walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, and standing throughout your shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, and/or push up to 20 pounds
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, or rain)

We'll provide your event staff shirt-just bring khaki pants or approved long shorts and comfortable shoes, and you're ready to roll.
