Essential Functions:
  • Bring Ideas to Life: Help design, plan, and execute dynamic, interactive events - from culinary center trainings to immersive ranch visits and everything in between.
  • Own the Details: From agendas and logistics to attendee coordination and follow-up, you'll ensure every touchpoint feels seamless and intentional.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Infuse every program with creativity and innovation - keeping our events modern, relevant, and engaging for all audiences.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, culinary, meat scientist and leadership teams to tailor events that drive key business objectives and deepen partner relationships.
  • Own Your Budget: Track and manage budgets for your events, ensure smart, intentional decisions and impactful spending.
  • Drive High-Impact Projects: We have a variety of impactful initiatives in the pipeline - based on your unique skills and interests, we'll shape part of the role to fit and grow with you.

Travel: Must be willing and able to travel (car or airplane), up to approximately 20%. May require overnight travel and/or weekend work.

EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS:
Education/Experience: Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying. Typical qualifications would be equivalent to:
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, in marketing hospitality, communications, agriculture, or a related field; and/or
  • Two to three years of experience in event planning, experiential marketing, or customer-facing roles.
  • A background in or genuine interest in agriculture and the beef industry - whether through formal education or life experience - is a big plus.
