ABOUT DRAGONFLY CARES
Dragonfly Cares is a mission-driven organization dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental differences thrive. We deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy where it matters most: in homes, centers, schools, and communities across Long Island. Our team of compassionate professionals are united by one goal: meaningful progress for every child and family we serve.
POSITION OVERVIEW
Dragonfly Cares is seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBT) to provide after-school 1:1 ABA services. You'll help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills in a positive, engaging environment.
This role is a great fit for patient, energetic people looking to make a real impact, including students, recent graduates, and those starting out in behavioral health. We provide full onboarding and training, along with ongoing support and supervision from our experienced BCBAs.
If you do not hold the Registered Behavior Technician Certification through the BACB Board. You will be required to become an RBT if placed on an insurance case, within 30 days of placement. We offer online courses, along with guidance every step of the way.
You will be paid a $700 bonus for completing the RBT course and being certified after you have worked 120 days as an RBT and are working on average 10-15 hours per week.
