Job description

ARC Document Solutions is seeking a full-time Production Supervisor to support our AIM (Scanning) operations at our Anaheim, CA location. This role is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, coordinating workflow, and supporting team members to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Production Supervisor will help manage scanning operations, maintain compliance standards, and ensure production goals and deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
 
Hours: 8:30 PM  - 5:00 AM
Pay rate: $22 - $25
Location: Anaheim, CA 

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily workflow within the AIM scanning and production department.
  • Coordinate production schedules and prioritize work to meet turnaround times and client expectations.
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy across document prep, scanning, indexing, QA, and logistics functions.
  • Provide training, guidance, and day-to-day support to production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, HIPAA requirements, and data security standards.
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and assist in resolving operational challenges.
  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or service as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure scanned images and completed work meet company standards.
  • Assist with staffing coverage and allocation of resources during high-volume periods.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reporting, and tracking information.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance workflow efficiency and organization.
  • Promote a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with management, team members, and other departments regarding production status and priorities.
  • Assist with hands-on production work when needed to support operational demands.

Additional Information:
  • This is an on-site leadership role within a production and warehouse environment.
  • Responsibilities may vary based on operational needs and client demands.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The normal work schedule for this role is Monday through Friday; 6am-2:30pm. However, flexibility to work overtime, extended hours, weekends, or adjusted schedules is required based on production volume and business needs.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a production, scanning, warehouse, or logistics environment preferred.
  • Experience with document scanning operations and workflow management is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Proficient with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 35 pounds as needed.
