???? 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
???? Overnight Shift (Night Audit): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays.

???? What You'll Do
As a Front Desk Agent, you will:
  • Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Check guests in and out quickly and accurately.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations and guest inquiries.
  • Process room reservations, payments, deposits, and refunds.
  • Verify guest identification and payment methods.
  • Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel's property management system.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns and requests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.
  • Balance cash drawers and complete shift reports.
  • Keep the front desk, lobby, and work area clean, organized, and guest-ready.
  • Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
???? Overnight Shift Responsibilities (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
In addition to front desk responsibilities, Overnight Front Desk Agents will:
  • Complete the Night Audit process.
  • Prepare daily reports and paperwork.
  • Balance hotel revenue and transactions.
  • Monitor hotel security throughout the night.
  • Assist late-night arrivals and early-morning departures.
  • Prepare the breakfast area for the morning team when needed.
