Job Summary:

Our retail stores are where the brand comes to life. As a Customer Experience Guide, you're the embodiment of the brand for our customers. You will learn about our products, share your passion for the community and your efforts to protect the local environment. You will contribute to a team that is responsible for the store's success through customer service, merchandising, operations, events, and environmental activism. Peer relationship is the key to the overall success of our stores. Job Specifications:

  • Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr
  • Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
  • Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time
  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
  • Housing Availability: No 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serves customers by establishing rapport, building customer confidence, providing accurate information, and promoting product through point of successful sale
  • Establish professional, yet personalized rapport with customer upon contact; by phone or in person
  • Answer all questions, providing detailed information, and establishing trust with the customer to close of sale
  • Describing and promoting product in line with customer's express needs as well as promoting purchase of related products
  • Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
  • Promote extended warranty/maintenance agreements, parts and accessories purchase

Job Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience – required
  • Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
  • Previous snow sport industry experience – preferred
  • Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English – required
  • Commitment to exceptional customer service
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends - required

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr - $23.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
