Job Title: Contract Administrator
Job Responsibilities: This is an entry-level position that supports Construction Project Managers in an administrative capacity:
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and follow-up as needed
  • Coordinate and process required paperwork
  • Provide administrative support to the Estimating department, project managers and field leadership
  • Recommend and support process improvements
  • Build and maintain positive and professional relationships, both inside and outside the organization
  • Maintain high level of confidentiality and integrity

Job Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, some college preferred, but not required.
  • Background in construction and accounts payable preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with ViewPoint software helpful, but not required.
  • Working and demonstrable knowledge of MS Office software.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written skills, along with a strong understanding of email etiquette.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain organization and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be energetic, flexible and a motivated self-starter who enjoys working with several levels of the organization.
