About the Role:
Freedom Construction and Painting LLC is looking for a hardworking and reliable Construction Laborer to join our growing team in Holyoke, CO. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a dedicated crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship and getting the job done right.
Overtime paid at time and a half. Must be willing to work some weekends. 
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, framing, and finishing work
  • Support painting crews with surface prep, priming, and interior/exterior painting projects
  • Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment on job sites
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards
  • Operate basic hand tools and power tools as directed by crew leads
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to efficient project completion
  • Perform demolition, cleanup, and debris removal as needed
Requirements:
  • Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required — willing to train the right motivated candidate
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting 50+ lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction equipment a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills on the job
  • Must be willing to work on roofs, ladders and man lifts
  • Must pass background check
