Job description

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're all about bringing the joy through every cake we make. We are currently looking for a dependable, motivated Assistant Baker to join our morning baking team!
Schedule
  • Full-Time
  • Monday-Friday mornings
  • No weekends required

Position Summary
The Assistant Baker supports the Lead Baker in daily cake production and organization while helping maintain the high standards our guests expect. This role is fast-paced and hands-on, requiring strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in producing quality products.
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Lead Baker with daily cake production
  • Flip, label, and organize cakes accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain proper cake storage and inventory organization
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Keep workstations, equipment, and bakery areas clean and organized
  • Support a smooth and efficient baking process in a fast-paced environment
  • Help ensure every cake meets quality and presentation standards

Requirements
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
  • Food service or bakery experience preferred, but not required
