Deliver Great Customer Experiences
- Create a welcoming, friendly, and energetic atmosphere
- Engage customers genuinely and enthusiastically
- Help customers build customized drink and food orders
- Maintain energy levels higher than the customers you serve
Prepare Quality Drinks amp; Food
- Memorize and follow BIGGBY® flavor rules and recipes
- Prepare hot, iced, and frozen beverages (lattes, crème freezes, mocktails, tea, etc.)
- Prepare food items (bragels, bagels, muffins, etc.) correctly and consistently
Follow Systems amp; Position Priorities
- Memorize and execute the BIGGBY® Position Priorities
- Follow beverage-making, cleanliness, and safety procedures
Maintain Store Standards
- Practice proper cash handling
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, lobby, dishes, and counters
- Show up on time and in proper uniform
- Support the team with additional tasks as assigned

Requirements
- Must be able to complete the New Barista Training Program
- Available to work 15–20+ hours per week, including weekend availability
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to the role (standing, lifting, bending, etc.)
