Deliver Great Customer Experiences

  • Create a welcoming, friendly, and energetic atmosphere
  • Engage customers genuinely and enthusiastically
  • Help customers build customized drink and food orders
  • Maintain energy levels higher than the customers you serve

Prepare Quality Drinks amp; Food

  • Memorize and follow BIGGBY® flavor rules and recipes
  • Prepare hot, iced, and frozen beverages (lattes, crème freezes, mocktails, tea, etc.)
  • Prepare food items (bragels, bagels, muffins, etc.) correctly and consistently

Follow Systems amp; Position Priorities

  • Memorize and execute the BIGGBY® Position Priorities
  • Follow beverage-making, cleanliness, and safety procedures

Maintain Store Standards

  • Practice proper cash handling
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, lobby, dishes, and counters
  • Show up on time and in proper uniform
  • Support the team with additional tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be able to complete the New Barista Training Program
  • Available to work 15–20+ hours per week, including weekend availability
