*Requirements*
1+ years’ experience in culinary/food, retail or hospitality industry
1+ years’ experience in a leadership position with experience training new hires
Supportive of a positive, inclusive work environment
Demonstrated ability to hold people accountable
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve with minimal supervision
A demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee & farm-to-fork food and/or a desire to learn
