We are seeking a dependable, hands-on individual to support daily farm operations at our 100% Kona coffee estate. This role works closely with ownership and our team to maintain field health, coordinate farm activities, and ensure high standards of production and presentation across the property. This is a long-term growth opportunity for someone who takes pride in stewardship of land, team coordination, and operational excellence.
