What is the 3 month rule for jobs?

The 3 month rule for a Weekend Roaster position typically refers to a probationary period of three months, during which performance and fit are evaluated before offering permanent employment or benefits. After three months, employees may become eligible for full benefits or continued employment based on performance.

Can you make money as a coffee roaster?

A weekend roaster can earn income depending on factors such as experience, scale of operation, and market demand. Many roasters supplement their income through sales of roasted coffee, wholesale accounts, or participating in local markets. Profitability varies widely and often requires building a customer base and managing costs effectively.
