About the Role:

Mollie Stone’s Markets is looking for an Experienced Starbucks Manager to manage our Coffee Kiosk inside of our Grand Central store in Pacific Heights, area in San Francisco. This individual must have a passion for coffee, previous management experience and be great with people.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversee all Coffee employees.
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with all team members as well as with the store and other departments.
  • Provide consistent quality beverages that satisfy our customers.
  • Assist staff in building their expertise in coffee, teas and other merchandise so they may accurately answer customer questions and offer personal recommendations.
  • Demonstrate ownership of the kiosk by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and attractiveness of interior and exterior.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have previous coffee and supervisor/management experience.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Must demonstrate professionalism and be detailed oriented.
  • Able to work a flexible shift depending on business needs which may include some evening, weekends and holidays.
  • Local candidates only.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to regularly lift at least 25 lbs.
  • Standing: Up to 8 hours per day.
  • Seating: Up to 1 hours per day.
  • Walking: Up to 8 hours per day.
  • Reaching: Up to 4 hours per day.

Pay range:

$25.25-$27/hour + tips
