TakoSushiis now hiring forLine and Prep Cooks in Aiken, SC!


Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully cook and prepare a diverse range of dishes according to our recipes and specifications.
  • Strictly adhere to all kitchen safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with plate presentation guidelines and timely delivery of food orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the kitchen.
  • Utilize recipe cards and measuring tools accurately for precise ingredient measurements.
  • Stock and break down sections at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Monitor and maintain proper rotation of prepped and batched food items to minimize waste.
  • Safely operate kitchen equipment and machinery.
  • Perform additional duties and tasks as assigned or requested.


Qualifications:

  • Preference for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
