Swiss CNC Programming & Precision Manufacturing SpecialistCompany: HireNow Staffing (Direct Placement Partner)HireNow SnapshotHireNow Staffing is actively recruiting an experienced Swiss CNC Programming & Precision Manufacturing Specialist for one of our valued client partners in West Chester, Pennsylvania.This full-time, onsite opportunity is designed for an accomplished CNC Swiss professional with strong experience programming, setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing Swiss-style lathes used to manufacture tight-tolerance medical device components.The selected professional will work extensively with Star Swiss machining technology, developing CNC programs, establishing tooling and cutting parameters, improving cycle times, supporting production personnel, and validating manufacturing processes through first-article inspection and process verification.This position offers potential annual earnings of $95,000–$120,000+, along with overtime, substantial shift differentials, weekend premium opportunities, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.Key Responsibilities
  • Program, set up, and optimize Star Swiss CNC lathes for precision production.
  • Develop manufacturing processes for complex, tight-tolerance medical device components.
  • Create, modify, test, and optimize CNC programs using applicable CAD/CAM software.
  • Establish efficient machining sequences and production processes.
  • Select appropriate tooling and establish feeds, speeds, cutting parameters, and offsets.
