About the Role:

The Used Car Sales position at Preferred Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chrysler Grand Haven is pivotal in driving the dealership's success by connecting customers with quality pre-owned vehicles. The primary goal is to provide an exceptional buying experience that fosters customer loyalty and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive market, including vehicle features, pricing strategies, and financing options, to effectively meet customer needs. Sales professionals will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
