Responsibilities
  • Follow up with new and prospective customers
  • Respond to internet leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Generate appointments through outbound calls, texts, emails, and lead follow-up
  • Provide customers with accurate information and direct them to appropriate resources
  • Qualify customer needs and connect them with the appropriate sales team member
  • Distribute qualified opportunities to the sales team
  • Communicate with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Proactively build and maintain a prospecting network
  • Log all customer activity accurately in the CRM
  • Manage daily follow-up tasks and lead activity
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals

Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and team-player mentality
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Call center or automotive experience is a plus, but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and follow proven processes
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen
