Oakes Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Office Manager / Senior Accountant to oversee dealership-level accounting operations and support the financial health of the organization. This role plays a critical part in maintaining accurate financial reporting, managing office staff, maintaining clean schedules, and facilitating the month-end close process in a fast-paced dealership environment. What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily accounting operations including daily bank reconciliations, floorplan reconciliations, and financial reporting responsibilities
  • Facilitate and execute month-end close processes with a goal of closing the month within four business days
  • Manage and support office staff while helping maintain organized schedules and operational consistency
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, sales tax filings, and other accounting functions tied to dealership operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting efficiency, strengthen reporting accuracy, and support operational continuity across stores

Requirements
