Position: Automotive Office Assistant
Location: Basil Ford- 1540 Walden Ave. Cheektowaga, NY 14225
Schedule: Full Time - Monday - Friday
Compensation: Between $18.00-20.00 per hour (based on knowledge, experience, store franchise and volume).
Job Responsibilities:
  • Process and file vehicle sale paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with title, registration and DMV documentation.
  • Post vehicle sales, payments, and receipts in the accounting system.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Reconcile daily deposits, handle petty cash, and assist with end-of-month reports.
  • Maintain and organize invoices, and office files.
  • Communicate with sales, service, and parts departments to ensure accurate data entry and paperwork completion.
  • Greet and assist customers and vendors.
  • Order office supplies and support general administrative functions.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Prior dealership office experience required (minimum 1-2 years)
  • Knowledge of dealership management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft office
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
