Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Automotive Office Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations at our office in Highland, IN. This role is ideal for someone with automotive dealership accounting experience who can hit the ground running and contribute immediately.

Daily Duties

• Inventory processing and reconciliation
• Dealer trades
• Wholesale transactions
• Deal cancellations
• Dealer reserve processing
• Backup support for accounting staff
• Journal entries and reports as assigned

Weekly / Monthly Duties

• Inventory cleanup (weekly)
• We Owe cleanup (weekly)
• F&I product and contract receivables schedule cleanup
• Floor plan audits (monthly)
• Special projects and assignments as directed

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an automotive dealership accounting office
• Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and organizational skills
