Are you an experienced Automotive Technician who takes pride in doing things the right way? Do you want steady work, modern shops, and a team that actually respects your skills? Basil Family Dealerships is growing, and we're looking for talented technicians who want more than "just a job."

What you'll do:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including oil changes, brakes, alignments, and tire services
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle systems such as engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, heating and electrical
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and provide accurate repair and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety procedures
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and needed repairs
  • Stay current with manufacturer training and industry certifications
  • Uphold Basil's commitment to quality workmanship and outstanding customer service

Requirements
What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to use scan tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair software
  • NYS inspectors license preferred
  • Familiarity with modern vehicle systems and repair tool
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset
