Summary

The Marketing Manager function is to lead and execute Sagent's marketing efforts, strengthening the company's brand, supporting revenue growth, and clearly communicating the value of our managed IT services and IT lifecycle solutions. This role requires a well-rounded marketing professional who can balance strategy with hands-on execution across digital marketing, content, sales enablement, events, and lead generation.

The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing programs that increase brand awareness, support sales initiatives, generate qualified leads, and position Sagent as a trusted technology partner.

Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy amp; Brand Management

  • Develop and execute an annual marketing plan aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
  • Maintain and evolve Sagent's brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Ensure consistent brand standards across all marketing and sales materials.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support corporate communications and strategic initiatives.

Website amp; Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize the corporate website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with SEO best practices.
  • Drive organic and paid digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics; recommend improvements based on performance data.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or agencies as needed.

Social Media amp; Content Marketing

  • Develop and manage Sagent's social media strategy, with a focus on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage a content calendar supporting brand awareness, thought leadership, recruiting, and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and coordinate content such as case studies, blogs, white papers, customer success stories, and industry insights.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, solution briefs, and proposal support materials.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to support campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and customer outreach.
  • Ensure Sales has access to current, consistent, and effective marketing materials.

Events amp; Trade Shows

  • Plan and manage company participation in industry events, trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
  • Coordinate event logistics, sponsorships, booth materials, messaging, and follow-up campaigns.
  • Track event performance and ROI.

Lead Generation amp; Marketing Analytics

  • Develop and execute campaigns designed to generate qualified leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM-related marketing activities.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation, campaign performance, website engagement, and ROI.
  • Use data and analytics to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with trade shows, events, or field marketing

  • Experience managing external agencies or vendors is a plus
