Job description

The AWS Website team is looking for an experienced, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join the AWS Channels Marketing team. The role will work with stakeholders to bring great digital experiences customer experiences to life, driving strategy and creative for the websites biggest experiences with a mixture of white-glove creation, consultation on leveraging scalable website systems, and a test-and-learn roadmap.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time, and will have a proven track record executing digital experiences and experimental roadmaps from ideation through launch that drive against key KPIs.

This role requires effective marketing partner communication skills, as well as a clear understanding of AWS brand guidelines and standards, website features and tools, and technical capabilities. Moreover, as the marketer responsible for optimizing our customers experiences, they will be responsible for overseeing end to end analysis and developing a test and learn roadmap. This is a high visibility and high impact workstream that works across AWS Marketing.


Key job responsibilities
* Create world-class customer experiences on AWS digital properties
* Define, maintain and enhance with the goal of raising customer awareness of and drive AWS demand
* Collaborate with stakeholders across various web, marketing, engineering, UX, product management, and business teams to identify and drive innovative website solutions that achieve business goals and raise the bar for customer experience with each launch.
* Work closely with the AWS business intelligence and operations, engineering, partner marketing, and/or product management teams to define and improve website instrumentation, multi-variate testing and other relevant website intelligence.
* Identify and optimize internal web authoring workflows to create efficiencies and process standards.
* Approach quality assurance (QA) with a high degree of rigor to ensure the customer experience meets a high quality bar before publication.
