This role sits at the intersection of web, marketing, and execution.ย Youโ€™llย act as a hands-on partner to the client, supporting go-to-market launches by translating strategy into high-quality web experiences and deliverables.ย 

Operatingย within defined scopes to move work forward,ย you willย conduct research, shapeย web recommendations, and executeย directly within the CMS.ย Youโ€™llย ensure thatย webย is effectively positioned within the broader marketing funnel, from acquisition through engagement.ย You playย a critical role in helping the client make informed decisions about how web supports launches, from structure and content to performance and measurement while keeping work organized, prioritized, and moving.ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Web Marketing & Executionย 

  • Execute directly within CMS to update, build, andย maintainย web pages and contentย ย 

  • Translate marketing initiatives into effective web experiences (landing pages, campaign pages, etc.)ย ย 

  • Support decisions around site structure, content types, and user journeys (e.g., landing page strategy, SEO considerations, content formats)ย ย 

  • Ensure web experiences align to broader campaign and product launch goalsย ย 

Go-to-Market Supportย 

  • Support product and campaignย launchesย through targeted tasks (research, audits, recommendations, execution)ย ย 

  • Conduct analysis on customer journeys, competitive landscape, and SEO opportunitiesย ย 

  • Contribute to shaping how web fits into the full marketing funnelย ย 

Project Management & Prioritizationย 

  • Manage day-to-day workflow, balancing multiple incoming requests with varying levels of urgencyย ย 

  • Triage and prioritize work effectively, making informed tradeoffs when neededย ย 

  • Maintain organization across tasks, timelines, and deliverablesย ย 

  • Communicate progress clearly and proactivelyย ย 

Analytics & Optimizationย 

  • Use data toย validateย decisions and inform recommendationsย ย 

  • Analyze site performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, traffic behavior)ย ย

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4โ€“7 years of experienceย in web marketing, digital marketing, or closely related roles (e.g., web strategist, web marketing manager, digital experience, marketing operations)ย 

  • Proven experienceย working hands-on within a CMSย (e.g., updating pages, managing content, making live changes) โ€” not just overseeing web workย ย 

  • Experienceย supporting marketing or product launches, contributing to web strategy and execution (not necessarily owning full programs end-to-end)ย ย 

  • Strong understanding of how web fits into theย full marketing funnelย (acquisition, engagement, conversion), including:ย ย 

  • Landing page strategyย ย 

  • SEO fundamentalsย ย 

  • Content structure and user journeysย ย 

  • Experience using data to inform decisions, including familiarity withย web analytics, dashboards, and performance metricsย (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion behavior)ย ย 

  • Demonstrated ability toย manage and prioritize multiple workstreams, especially in environments with shifting or ambiguous prioritiesย ย 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or creative teamsย ย 

  • Ability toย operateย withย autonomy within a defined scope, while proactively aligning with stakeholdersย
