Job Description
  • Employment Type: W2 only
  • Compensation: $70-75 hour
  • Duration: Full-time (40 hours/week) through December 31, 2026
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST
  • Office: Hyrbid
  • Location: NYC, LA, or Bay Area

Impact

This role sits at the intersection of web, marketing, and execution. You’ll act as a hands-on partner to the client, supporting go-to-market launches by translating strategy into high-quality web experiences and deliverables.

Operating within defined scopes to move work forward, you will conduct research, shape web recommendations, and execute directly within the CMS. You’ll ensure that web is effectively positioned within the broader marketing funnel, from acquisition through engagement. You play a critical role in helping the client make informed decisions about how web supports launches, from structure and content to performance and measurement while keeping work organized, prioritized, and moving.

Key Responsibilities

Web Marketing & Execution

  • Execute directly within CMS to update, build, and maintain web pages and content

  • Translate marketing initiatives into effective web experiences (landing pages, campaign pages, etc.)

  • Support decisions around site structure, content types, and user journeys (e.g., landing page strategy, SEO considerations, content formats)

  • Ensure web experiences align to broader campaign and product launch goals

Go-to-Market Support

  • Support product and campaign launches through targeted tasks (research, audits, recommendations, execution)

  • Conduct analysis on customer journeys, competitive landscape, and SEO opportunities

  • Contribute to shaping how web fits into the full marketing funnel

Project Management & Prioritization

  • Manage day-to-day workflow, balancing multiple incoming requests with varying levels of urgency

  • Triage and prioritize work effectively, making informed tradeoffs when needed

  • Maintain organization across tasks, timelines, and deliverables

  • Communicate progress clearly and proactively

Analytics & Optimization

  • Use data to validate decisions and inform recommendations

  • Analyze site performance metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion, traffic behavior)

  • Contribute to reporting and dashboards to track performance and impact

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the client, maintaining strong alignment and communication

  • Check in proactively on direction and approach rather than working in isolation

  • Navigate different personalities and working styles with strong emotional intelligence

  • Read the room and adapt communication and execution style accordingly

What Success Looks Like

  • Web work is executed accurately, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail

  • You demonstrate a clear understanding of how web supports marketing and product launches

  • Requests are properly prioritized, with urgency and impact balanced effectively

  • You take initiative while staying aligned — proactively checking direction and avoiding missteps

  • The client trusts your judgment and sees you as a reliable, thoughtful partner

  • Web recommendations are grounded in both marketing strategy and performance data

  • You operate independently within your scope, without needing excessive direction

  • Work is organized, timelines are managed, and nothing falls through the cracks

  • You contribute to smarter decisions around site experience, structure, and measurement

Qualifications

Required:

  • 4–7 years of experience in web marketing, digital marketing, or closely related roles (e.g., web strategist, web marketing manager, digital experience, marketing operations)

  • Proven experience working hands-on within a CMS (e.g., updating pages, managing content, making live changes) — not just overseeing web work

  • Experience supporting marketing or product launches, contributing to web strategy and execution (not necessarily owning full programs end-to-end)

  • Strong understanding of how web fits into the full marketing funnel (acquisition, engagement, conversion), including:

  • Landing page strategy

  • SEO fundamentals

  • Content structure and user journeys

  • Experience using data to inform decisions, including familiarity with web analytics, dashboards, and performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement, conversion behavior)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams, especially in environments with shifting or ambiguous priorities

  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or creative teams

  • Ability to operate with autonomy within a defined scope, while proactively aligning with stakeholders

  • Bachelor's Degree

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with SEO basics and how they integrate into web content workflows
  • Consumer hardware, e-commerce, or devices web marketing background
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Content strategy experience (educational guides, product exploration, editorial calendars)
  • Agency coordination experience
