About the Role

Veryon is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Design Assistant to support our global marketing initiatives. Based in our Chennai office, this role will be responsible for producing high-quality visual assets that strengthen our brand and elevate engagement across digital channels.


Youโ€™ll collaborate closely with all marketing functions to bring campaigns and content to life through compelling design. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career designer to build a well-rounded portfolio across digital, web, and sales enablement materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create campaign banner graphics for use across web, email, and digital channels
  • Develop digital advertising assets for paid media, including display and social ads
  • Create and edit video content for use in social media and on the website
  • Create engaging social media graphics aligned to campaign messaging and brand standards
  • Design and format high-impact PowerPoint presentations for sales enablement
  • Support the design and production of sales collateral such as one-pagers, brochures, and battle cards
  • Source and curate high-quality stock imagery that aligns with brand and campaign needs
  • Develop product mockups and visual representations to support the website and other media
  • Enhance blog content and website pages with custom imagery and graphics
  • Ensure all creative assets are consistent with Veryonโ€™s brand guidelines and visual identity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver creative assets on time and to brief
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in graphic design or a related field
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and Canva
  • Highly competent implementing designs in Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, campaign, and presentation design work
  • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output
  • Good communication and collaboration skills


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or technology brands
  • Familiarity with designing for digital marketing channels (web, email, paid media, social)
  • Basic knowledge of web design principles (UX/UI fundamentals)
  • Experience working with presentation tools such as PowerPoint at an advanced level
  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Genspark or similar
