In this role, you'll have the opportunity to influence web strategy, guide development initiatives, and collaborate across teams to create usercentered, innovative solutions. At West Coast University and American Career College, your expertise will help drive a modern, connected, and impactful digital presence for our studentfocused community.

You will make an impact by: 

  • Providing enterprise-level leadership, governance, and technical oversight for all institutional web properties during a period of modernization and transition.
  • Stabilizing website operations, eliminating single-point-of-failure risk, enforcing governance standards, and partnering with external agencies on the design and delivery of a next-generation CMS platform
  • Ensuring that web platforms are secure, compliant, scalable, and aligned with enrollment, brand, and student experience objectives

Your experience includes: 

  • 8-12+ years leading enterprise websites or digital platforms
  • Prior experience in Director or Head-of-Web roles
  • Strong CMS experience (Drupal preferred)
  • Proven success transitioning organizations off legacy or custom CMS platforms
  • Deep understanding of:
  • Website-to-CRM integrations
  • Analytics and CRO frameworks
  • Security, privacy, and compliance standards
  • Demonstrated ability to document systems and operationalize governance
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in higher education or regulated environments strongly preferred.

Education: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, Business, or related field required.
