Job description

The Graphic Designer will create designs, concepts, and layouts to support the marketing campaigns for various business divisions. This position requires strong organizational skills, web expertise, intrinsic design ability, typographic skills, and an acute attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate with key business leaders is essential. The ideal candidate is a fresh creative thinker able to translate and extend concepts into effective marketing assets, with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creating and laying out digital ads, email blasts, social media as well as other digital assets and the occasional traditional print asset
  • Identify, develop, and manage strategic marketing initiatives and plans, including the design and production of marketing collateral, print and digital advertising, newsletters, etc.
  • Collaborate amp; execute all phases of design from concept to distribution, including layout, formatting, production, and publishing
  • Support the development of presentation materials as well as present marketing campaigns to gain alignment from executive leadership team
  • Generate creative solutions for campaign/event design, landing pages, paid digital, social, email.
  • Ability to show a keen understanding of layout, visual hierarchy of information, and design sense
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand guidelines, brand identity, design thinking, process, and solutions
  • Manage amp; monitor metrics and analytics for website and social media channels
  • Maintaining and building an asset library of graphics, imagery, and infographic elements for marketing needs by taking photos on-site and events as needed.
  • Collaborate with proposal team to create efficient and effective processes for submitting proposals with consistent branding guidelines
  • Ability to create and edit videos in-house for social media, website, and internal use
  • Involvement in event coordination and execution of company culture events
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of graphic design experience required.
  • 3+ years of editing software experience (Adobe Creative Suite) required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred but not required.
