Position Summary: In conjunction with the Web Developer team, design and develop digital communications that accurately reflect goals, objectives and identity of the organization in accordance with current technology standards and using the tools and framework in place within Unity.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Web Design or related field of study preferred, or equivalent experience.
Experience:
  • Five years' experience in web design and interface with overall knowledge of internet development and site maintenance.
  • Must have experience with HTML5, CSS, responsive web design and practices, latest UI/UX practices, and working knowledge of JavaScript and jQuery. PHP and web server knowledge a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience creating web and application-specific assets including, but not limited to, images, video, icons, and banners.
  • Experience developing on Drupal or equivalent CMS platform.
  • Experience using MailChimp, preferably including A/B testing.
  • Experience coding email communications with table based/inline CSS layouts.
  • Working knowledge of social media site design requirements and standards.

Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency on both PC and Macintosh platforms, as well as cross-browser compatibility and integration. Highly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
Essential Job Functions: (functions essential to the job)
  1. Develop, design and update Unity.org and related websites, maintaining a consistent look and feel across sites.
  2. Collaborate with web developers and IT to produce web-specific applications.
  3. Create forms and other pages that involve CSS and other HTML coding.
  4. Assist in developing from concept to implementation custom web pages, graphics and content.
  5. Assist with wireframes, overall navigation flow and template layout/functionality.
  6. Manage, organize and prioritize multiple jobs by ensuring all assigned projects are produced on time, accurate, and to client specifications. Meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  8. On-site attendance

  10. Utilize electronic time management system to input time and attendance.
