Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

Job Overview

Posted Social is seeking a talented Web Designer to join our in-office team in St. Louis. This role is built for a designer whose primary strength is web design — designing clean, effective, visually strong websites — with the range to also step into general graphic design projects as needed.

This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who wants ownership over a specialized lane of work while still being a flexible, collaborative part of a fast-moving creative team.

Applications submitted without a portfolio or work samples will not be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Design websites for clients across a variety of industries
  • Create layouts, visual systems, and UI design that translate clearly for development
  • Support the design team with graphic design work as needed — social content, digital ads, print and physical marketing assets
  • Translate strategy and messaging into clean, effective web and visual design
  • Collaborate closely with internal developers to ensure designs are built accurately and effectively
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with the design team, social media team members, and company leadership
  • Maintain consistency and quality across all client deliverables
  • Stay current on web design trends and best practices
Experience & Requirements
  • 3+ years of professional design experience, with meaningful web design work (agency or equivalent environment preferred)
  • A portfolio demonstrating: Web design work, General marketing and social design assets
  • Proficiency in relevant web design tools (e.g., Figma) and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Prior experience handing designs off to developers is a plus
