Work Schedule
This is a full-time, hybrid, position.  Scheduled work week will be Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.  Hours could vary based off of operational needs. This role is hybrid and will be expected to work onsite once per month.

We are seeking a Copywriter to:

  • Bring the UW Health brand to life through high-impact messaging and compelling story-telling in a way that enables us to stand out in the category.  We're not looking to create the same old health care content, we are growing and evolving to meet the changing needs of patients and consumers. 
  • Write for a broad range of channels including advertising, social media, email, web, and more
  • Help bring our sports partnerships to life, building loyalty and engagement with fans - including college, semi-pro and national sports brands

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field Required
  • Master's Degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 7 years of experience in a corporate, ad agency or freelance setting developing digital marketing concepts and copy for advertising, web and other applications, including a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity and marketing success. Required
  • Experience with project management systems and software Preferred
  • Experience developing concepts and content for sports sponsorships Preferred
  • Experience in an integrated health system, academic medical center or healthcare marketing agency Preferred
