Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Web Content Specialist to support enterprise digital content initiatives for a leading financial services organization. This role is responsible for managing, publishing, optimizing, and maintaining web and mobile content while ensuring an exceptional digital member experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, enterprise CMS platforms, digital content strategy, SEO, web analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and content governance. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, UX, Product, Development, and Business teams to deliver engaging, data-driven digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Author, edit, QA, and publish web and mobile content using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Manage enterprise digital content updates while ensuring accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and brand compliance.
  • Partner with Marketing, UX, Product, and Development teams to implement new digital features and content enhancements.
  • Execute content updates, landing pages, campaign pages, and digital experiences across multiple channels.
  • Support Adobe Target activities including A/B testing, personalization, audience targeting, and optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze website performance using Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, usability, conversion, and member experience.
  • Conduct content audits to ensure alignment with content strategy, SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and governance.
  • Assist in maintaining digital content calendars and coordinate content publishing schedules.
  • Review digital properties for compliance with corporate branding, legal, accessibility, and content standards.
  • Perform content QA, functional testing, regression testing, and validation before publishing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Train and support content contributors on CMS best practices and publishing processes.
  • Track project timelines and coordinate content implementation to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Stay current with emerging digital technologies, content strategy trends, and optimization best practices.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing enterprise website content.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics for reporting, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Experience with Adobe Target, including A/B testing, personalization, audience segmentation, and experimentation.
  • Experience managing content within enterprise CMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of web content publishing workflows and content governance.
  • Experience conducting website QA and content validation.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, metadata optimization, and search-friendly content development.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and digital content best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional Agile environments.
