Job description

Job Duties:

  • Provide on-site tech support to our IDC customers.
  • Perform regular maintenance on servers in customer's IDC, including server troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Assume responsibility for on-time and efficient service.
  • Follow documented procedures for completing tasks.
  • Document and maintain complete inventory of all servers and parts.
  • Interact with outside server vendors as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ year work experience in server maintenance, migrations/upgrades.
  • Solid knowledge of Linux OS & MS Office Suites.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Well developed organizational skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or tasks simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field preferred.
  • Speaking Chinese Mandarin is a plus.
